Book a Meeting Widget

The Book a Meeting section allows you to embed a meeting scheduling widget directly into your landing page.

This section can be used to let visitors book demos, discovery calls, or follow-up conversations without leaving the page.

Embedding a meeting widget

The Book a Meeting section works by displaying an external booking widget using an HTML embed.

To enable the booking flow, you need to:

  • Generate an embed code in the meeting scheduling service you use.
  • Paste the generated code into the HTML embed field in the section settings.

For example, this functionality is provided by services like HubSpot. You can generate the required HTML embed code by following the instructions in their documentation.

Booking flow for visitors

When a visitor interacts with the embedded booking widget, they select an available time and provide the required contact details to schedule a meeting. After the booking is confirmed, the visitor receives an email invitation with the meeting details.

The set of information fields displayed in the widget is configured in the service where the widget was created.

 

Section appearance

The Book a Meeting section supports basic visual customization:

  • You can set a background color or background image for the section.
  • Background settings affect only the section container and do not change the embedded widget itself.

This allows the booking section to visually match the rest of the landing page while preserving the original behavior of the widget.
