Moderation Section

The Moderation tab allows event organizers to review and manage landing pages submitted by sponsors before they go live. Every landing page must be approved before it can be used in a campaign.

Overview

This section displays all landing pages that have been submitted for moderation. You can:

  • Preview the page
  • View page details and status history
  • Approve or reject the submission
  • Track the status of all landing pages across your events

You can filter results by Event, Sponsor, and Status using the dropdown menus above the table.

Statuses

Landing pages can have the following statuses:

Status Description
On Moderation Page submitted by sponsor and awaiting review
Approved Page approved and ready to use in campaigns
Rejected Page rejected by organizer with a reason
Under Appeal Sponsor requested another review after rejection

Reviewing a Page

Click on any row to open the Landing page details panel on the right. It shows general information about the page and a timeline of status changes with moderation notes.

You can also click the landing page preview image to open a fullscreen preview.

Approving a Page

To approve a landing page:

  1. Click the Approve button in the Status column.
  2. Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.

Rejecting a Page

To reject a landing page:

  1. Click the Reject button.
  2. Choose a rejection reason from the dropdown.
  3. Provide additional context in the text field.
  4. Click Reject to confirm.

The sponsor will see the updated status along with your explanation and will have the option to appeal the decision.

Handling Appeals

If a sponsor chooses to appeal a rejection, the landing page status will change to Under Appeal. You can:

  • Approve the page if the appeal is valid.
  • Reject it again with further clarification.
