Sponsors Tab and Campaign Monitoring
Organizers can use the Sponsors and Campaigns tabs in Boost Express to invite sponsors, to track their participation status, and to monitor advertising campaigns linked to an event.
Sponsors Tab
The Sponsors tab provides tools for inviting sponsors and managing their participation. It is divided into three sections: Sponsors, Contacts, and Invitations.
Sponsors
This section lists all sponsors currently connected to your event. For each sponsor, you can view:
- Invitation status – shows the current state of the sponsor's participation.
- Invite – shows available actions based on the sponsor’s status, for example suspend, resume, or archive.
- Partner name – the sponsor's company name.
- URL – the sponsor's website link.
You can use the status filter above the table to view sponsors in specific states.
Contacts
The Contacts tab stores sponsor contact information used for sending invitations to set up advertising campaigns for the event.
Each contact record includes:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Status | Current state of the invitation for that contact |
| Sponsor | Name of the associated sponsor |
| Company | Organization name |
| Contact's e-mail address | |
| Source | Method of adding the contact, such as manual entry or file name from a CSV import |
| Invitation | Sending option or indicator showing whether the invitation has already been sent |
Contacts can be deleted using the menu at the end of the row.
You can select multiple contacts at once to send invitations or delete them in a single action.
The list can be searched by name, company, or e-mail, and refined using the All filters option.
All contacts can be exported as a CSV file using the Export CSV button.

Each campaign row includes basic details: campaign name, sponsor, landing page, status, and goal. It also displays key performance metrics, including spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions. Together, these values provide a general overview of campaign performance and allow you to compare results across all active and completed campaigns.
Detailed campaign statistics can also be found in the Analytics section.
